    Beware phase 2 does not have available electricity po. I have been constructing my house for 9 months now and my house is 90% finish but still no electricity. Philstar the developer are not acting on this. They did not help me expedite Meralco connection. I have reached out to the developer multiple times but I have a house without electricity. Philstar should not be allowed to sell lots without ready electric connections.
